Despite having a menu featuring itemized pies, The Pie King Cafe was struggling to generate sales for their products. A thorough review of the site revealed significant navigation issues that hindered customers from easily finding and purchasing items.
Additionally, the checkout process was incomplete, with shipping options and tax calculations not properly configured, amongst other things. This lack of functionality led to a frustrating user experience, resulting in a high bounce rate as potential buyers left the site without completing a purchase.
